Planning Co-Ordinator

PIRA provide local businesses with assistance regarding:
- Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996
- Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) 1994 (Newly revised for April 6th 2007)

The CDM Regulations 2007 re-emphasise the wide-ranging duties and key roles on specified persons identified in the various stages of a construction project.

The role of "Planning Supervisor" is currently to advise and liaise with clients and contractors on the resources for Health & Safety, the Health & Safety elements of design, how to build and the build itself. The preparation & completion of the pre-tender construction phase Health & Safety plan prior to and during the construction phase and the completion of the Health & Safety file.

  • - Planning, Tendering, Construction, Maintenance and Demolition.

    Site visits, Inspections and Safety Management
