Communication and Competence.

- PLANNING & IMPLEMENTING:

- - Risk Assessments are a Legal requirement, and successful
Management is through the implementation of control measures to remove
or reduce the risk "As Far As is Reasonably Practicable".

- MEASURING PERFORMANCE:
- Successful Management is through measuring the effectiveness of
the control measures which were implemented as a result of the Risk
Assessments. One example is through regular recorded inspections.
- REVIEWING PERFORMANCE:

- - The primary purpose of performance review is to enable
organistations to learn by experience and improve their Health and
safety.
