PLANNING & IMPLEMENTING:
 
- Risk Assessments are a Legal requirement, and successful Management is through the implementation of control measures to remove or reduce the risk "As Far As is Reasonably Practicable".
 
MEASURING PERFORMANCE:

- Successful Management is through measuring the effectiveness of the control measures which were implemented as a result of the Risk Assessments. One example is through regular recorded inspections.

REVIEWING PERFORMANCE:
 
- The primary purpose of performance review is to enable organistations to learn by experience and improve their Health and safety.
