Order Completion via Telephone, Fax or Credit Card
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Switch debit cards. PIRA Health and Safety Services Limited e-Shop also offers you a telephone/fax payment method.
If you choose to pay through the telephone/fax method, details of your order are sent by e-mail to our sales team along with the telephone number you filled in on the order form. We will telephone you on that number to answer any questions you may have regarding your order and to collect payment and delivery information. Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.

All prices shown within our e-Shop are in UK £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Product Representation
We endeavour to present the most recent, accurate, and reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when certain of our featured items are selected in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability; these items may not always be available. Once a product  is sold out we may not be able to replenish the stock. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular product on our site, please contact us.

An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. We also aim to dispatch all orders within three working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items.
